Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our Virtual Customer Care team at American Express. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service to our valued card members. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, providing flexibility and convenience while ensuring the highest level of service to our customers. Key Responsibilities: •

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
