Job Description: Costco is seeking a driven and dedicated Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Austin, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Chat Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support channels. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership skills... with a keen attention to detail. Responsibilities: - Answer customer inquiries and provide support through chat support channels - Resolve customer issues and escalate to appropriate teams when necessary - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by management Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or support role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using chat support software and CRM systems - Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on attention to detail - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred Benefits: - Travel and spending expenses covered - Dental insurance provided - Visa sponsorship opportunities available Working Environment: At Costco, we strive to cultivate a sense of ownership and responsibility at every level.
