Tiktok Manager - Part Time

We're seeking a dynamic Content Creator who thrives on crafting attention-grabbing content that drives engagement across TikTok. You are VERY comfortable on camera and an innovator. You have... made TikToks before and have a track record of getting concrete views. About the Job: In this role, you will have the freedom to explore the world and share your experiences through engaging TikTok posts. Your content will transport viewers to breathtaking destinations, uncover hidden gems, and provide valuable insights for travelers. This position is contract to start, 10-15 hours per week, with the goal of becoming a full-time Atmosfy TikTok Partner. Assuming you're a great teammate and consistently overdeliver, you'll get to set your hours location however you see fit. Compensation: $20 - $30 per hour Responsibilities: What You'll Be Doing: • Identify and adopt trends in the TikTok Creator ecosystem to enhance brand presence. • Plan and execute digital campaigns to cultivate and engage with our online community. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop original, compelling content that converts viewers into customers. • Foster relationships within the Atmosfy community to promote community creators. • Manage brand social media presence hands-on, including daily postings and content calendar creation. • Understand platform requirements and utilize supporting apps like CapCut and Canva, effectively. • Proficient in English for copywriting across titles, captions, descriptions, and hashtags. • Pitch, develop, and execute video features for social media accounts. • Provide assistance to other departments as needed. • Execute projects within approved timelines. Qualifications: What We're Looking For: • 2+ years of social media experience, preferably in travel, food, nightlife or hospitality content creation. • Creative thinker with originality. • Proficient in video shooting with iPhone and professional cameras. • Experience in storytelling and scriptwriting. • Strong organizational, planning, and implementation skills. • Positive attitude, flexibility, and adaptability. • Active on social media with a keen awareness of current trends. • Portfolio showcasing previous content creation projects. • Vision for company growth through a robust social media presence.
