We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our marketing team as a Data Analysis and Automation Specialist focused on Demand Generation. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging data-driven insights and automation tools to drive the success of our demand generation campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize our marketing strategies, increase lead generation, and improve overall campaign performance. What You Will Do
Data Analysis- Analyze marketing data, including lead generation metrics, website traffic, email performance, and conversion rates to identify trends and opportunities Develop actionable insights from data analysis to refine demand generation strategies and tactics Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns Automation Implementations- Implement marketing automation workflows to streamline lead nurturing, scoring, and segmentation Collaborate with the marketing operations team to build and optimize automated email campaigns, lead scoring models and data enrichment processes Demand Generation Strategy Work with the demand generation team to execute data-driven marketing strategies to generate leads and drive revenue Utilize Data insights to identify target audiences and create personalized and segmented campaigns A/B test campaign elements and iterate on strategies to optimize performance Data Quality and Management Ensure data accuracy and cleanliness within the marketing database Implement data governance practices to maintain data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g. GDPR) Collaborate with the IT department or data teams to integrate and centralize marketing data sources Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other team members to develop compelling and data-driven marketing assets Work closely with sales teams to align demand generation efforts with lead quality and conversion goals Provide data-driven insights to improve the overall customer journey and enhance the user experience To Be Successful You Will Have Bachelors degree in marketing, business, data science, or a related field Proven experience (3 years) in demand generation, data analysis, and marketing automation Proficiency in marketing automation platforms including Pardot, Zoom Info and CRM systems (SalesForce) Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience with SQL, data visualization tools, and advanced Excel skills would be a plus Knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media) is preferred In Return, You Can Expect Ongoing career opportunities at a repeat Forbes and Newsweek-listed Best Employer for Women, Best Employer for Diversity, Best Remote Employer, Best Large Employer, and Most Loved Workplace Career development and a career path designed to utilize your learned skills and ultimate professional passions in a world-leading company with over 25 years of world-leading experience Our People are Our Pride Benefits and Perks Competitive pay based on the work youll do here and not your previous salary.
