Call Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description: We are looking for a Call Center Officer to join our team at Coca-Cola, to work from home in Los Angeles, California. As a Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with resolving any issues or queries they may have. This is a part-time entry-level position, requiring at least 1... year of experience in a customer service role. Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide them with information about our products and services. 2. Address any customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner. 3.
