Customer Care Manager - Remote Work

Job Description: American Airlines Group is seeking a Customer Care Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in a remote work position based out of Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic, adaptable, creative, and possess strong decision-making... skills. Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer care representatives to ensure excellent service delivery to our passengers. 2. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction. 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and improve processes. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and resolve conflicts. 6. Provide ongoing training and support to customer care team members. 7. Maintain accurate records and reports related to customer interactions and resolutions. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred. 2. Proven experience in customer service management. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software. 6.
