Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Prompt Engineer to join our team. As a prompt engineer at DMS International, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and refining natural language prompts for AI models, including language models like GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer). Responsibilities • Collaborate with researchers, data scientists, and software engineers to define and implement prompt strategies for various AI applications and use cases. • Design and develop high-quality prompts and instructions to guide AI models in generating relevant and coherent responses to user queries and inputs. • Conduct experiments and evaluations to assess the effectiveness of different prompt configurations and techniques in improving AI model performance. • Explore novel approaches and methodologies for prompt engineering to enhance the capabilities and versatility of AI models. • Work closely with product teams to understand user requirements and feedback and incorporate them into prompt design and development processes. • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in natural language processing (NLP) and prompt engineering and apply them to improve our AI systems. Qualifications: • Bachelor's or in Computer Science, Engineering, Linguistics, or related field. Master's degree is preferred. • 3 years of experience in a research or engineering role, with a focus on natural language processing or related areas. • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in developing and deploying NLP models and applications. • Solid understanding of machine learning and deep learning techniques, particularly as applied to NLP tasks. • Knowledge of linguistics and language theory, with the ability to analyze and manipulate language data effectively. • Experience with data analysis and experimental design, with the ability to conduct rigorous evaluations and draw meaningful conclusions. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and critically about prompt design and optimization. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
