Job Description
We are currently seeking substitute teachers for all grade levels. As a substitute teacher, you will play a vital role in maintaining the continuity of education in our school community. We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in an educational environment and are committed to providing a positive and engaging experience for our students.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate effective and respectful classroom management Collaborate with fellow educators in a team-oriented environment Demonstrate an understanding of the social and emotional development of children Uphold an exceptional work ethic and adaptability to varying classroom needs Utilize remote learning platforms effectively when necessary
Requirements
Previous teaching experience, preferably in relevant grade levels Familiarity with remote learning platforms Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues A nurturing disposition and a passion for fostering student growth Flexibility to work on an on-call, hourly basis based on availability and needs
Compensation
The current pay rate for substitute teachers is $25 per hour. Schedule and hours will vary depending on availability and school needs.
