Position Overview: As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, attract, and onboard top-tier talent that aligns with our company's mission and values. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully recruiting for technology roles and will be adept at building relationships with both internal stakeholders and external candidates. Responsibilities: • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies tailored to each position. • Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of innovative techniques, including social media, networking, and direct sourcing. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical positions. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding. • Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing insights and recommendations to optimize the recruitment process and improve candidate experience. • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure a competitive edge in talent acquisition. Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline. • 5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter for Government Contracting roles. • Strong understanding of the technology industry, its job roles, and the skills required for success in various technology domains. • Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring top talent, particularly in highly competitive markets. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly. • Understanding of diversity and inclusion principles in recruitment and a commitment to fostering an inclusive hiring process. • Strong leadership and team management skills Apply Job!
