We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team and assist in delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a Customer Service Representative at BNSF Cokeville Depot, you will be responsible for... providing support to our customers throughout the shipment process, addressing inquiries, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of freight. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with booking shipments, tracking orders, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. Responsibilities: Customer Support: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing information on services, rates, and shipment status. Assist customers with booking shipments, providing quotes, and coordinating logistics to meet their transportation needs. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and other communication channels.Order Management: Process customer orders and shipment requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner. Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to schedule pickups, arrange deliveries, and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and service issues in a timely and effective manner. Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and logistics, to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized service and proactive communication to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to customers, maximizing revenue and profitability while meeting customer needs. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and service requests in the company's CRM system. Generate reports and analyze customer data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and make recommendations for process improvements. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or transportation industry preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify issues, develop solutions, and resolve conflicts in a professional manner. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
