Key Responsibilities
Input data accurately into designated fields within various software platforms. Conduct thorough reviews of data for errors or discrepancies, ensuring precision and consistency. Uphold strict confidentiality standards when handling sensitive information. Collaborate with team members to verify data accuracy and conduct regular audits. Meet daily and weekly data entry targets with efficiency and precision. Assist in various projects requiring data input and contribute to team success. Support the preparation of reports and documents by collecting and compiling data effectively.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Proficient typing skills with a keen eye for detail. Basic knowledge of databases and proficiency in office software. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills (but Not Required) Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.). Previous experience in a data entry role.
