You will own the full sales cycle for complex, volume‑driving initiatives, working hand‑in‑hand with regional sales leaders and key account teams to deliver measurable revenue growth. Role Overview

Reporting to the NAOU Sales Organization leadership, you will manage a portfolio of high‑potential accounts, leveraging sophisticated telephone‑based selling techniques, data‑driven insights, and cross‑functional collaboration. Your success will be measured by both individual performance metrics and the collective achievements of the account team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive Outreach: Initiate and sustain regular telephone contacts with key decision‑makers, building trust and securing commitment for sales programs and initiatives.
  • Business Reviews: Conduct quarterly business reviews to assess relationship health, reaffirm strategic objectives, and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Opportunity Discovery: Utilize account diagnostics, market data, and customer conversations to uncover high‑impact focus areas aligned with arenaflex’s strategic priorities.
  • Implementation Coordination: Partner with regional service teams to execute mechanical services, installations, and business‑building initiatives within your territory.
  • Contract Negotiations: Lead negotiations and re‑negotiations, collaborating with the CAT team, finance, and legal to formalize mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Marketing & Funding Management: Oversee customer marketing reimbursements and local store funding programs to drive incremental sales.
  • CRM Accuracy: Capture every customer interaction in arenaflex’s CRM platform, ensuring data integrity for forecasting and performance analysis.
  • Performance Management: Track personal sales metrics, adjust tactics in real time, and provide actionable feedback to the Customer Development Leadership Team.
  • Professional Development: Create and execute an Individual Development Plan (IDP) that aligns personal growth with arenaflex’s long‑term talent strategy.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Participate in regional and account‑team meetings, contributing insights that shape broader sales strategies.
  • Flexibility & Responsiveness: Adapt work schedules to accommodate after‑hours calls, FET documentation, and urgent customer needs.
  • Travel & Events: Attend customer events, training sessions, and sales conferences as needed to deepen relationships and stay abreast of industry trends.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 1 year of frontline sales experience, preferably in a B2B or inside‑sales environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior‑level customers through clear, persuasive communication.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with a track record of delivering viable solutions that balance customer and company objectives.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation, consistently exceeding expectations.

Compensation, Perks & Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $81,800 – $100,900, calibrated to geography, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, you will be eligible for:
