About the Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the voice of our clients, delivering friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers across the United States. Working from the comfort of your home, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, chat sessions, and email inquiries, helping customers resolve routine technical issues, answer product‑related questions, and discover additional services that meet their needs. • Initiate outbound outreach to follow up on open tickets, gather feedback, or promote relevant products.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical problems, guiding customers step‑by‑step to resolution.
  • Accurately document interactions, update case notes, and retrieve information from internal databases.
  • Identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities, presenting additional services in a helpful, non‑intrusive manner.
  • Maintain a positive, solution‑focused attitude, consistently delivering “expert” experiences with a smile.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors via virtual meetings, sharing best practices and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to all compliance, data‑privacy, and security protocols while handling sensitive customer information.

Essential Qualifications

  • Recent graduate of the arenaflex program (mandatory).
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional customer service experience, preferably in a call‑center or remote environment.
  • High school diploma or GED; an associate degree or higher is a plus, especially with a focus on medical or health‑related studies.
  • Open availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Reliable, high‑speed broadband internet (wired connection; no wireless hotspots or satellite).
  • Dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions.
  • Desktop or laptop computer meeting basic performance standards; a headset with a noise‑cancelling microphone is required.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and comfort navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a genuine empathy for customers.
  • U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid U.S. address for employment eligibility.
  • Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills & Competencies

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and ticketing systems.
  • Basic technical aptitude – ability to guide customers through troubleshooting steps for hardware, software, or connectivity issues.
  • Experience with healthcare‑related products or services, providing an added layer of industry insight.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance metrics such as Average Handle Time (AHT), First Call Resolution (FCR), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
  • Proactive attitude toward learning new technologies and processes.
  • Strong problem‑solving mindset, with the capacity to think on your feet and adapt to evolving customer needs.
