Remote role Full-time Open position

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Flashy is a SaaS company developing a Marketing Automation platform for businesses, and they are seeking a driven SDR to help build their US sales pipeline. In this role, you will be responsible for outbound prospecting, lead generation, and initial customer conversations to create new business opportunities in the US market.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting
  • Identify and engage potential customers through email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other outreach channels
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations and qualify opportunities
  • Schedule meetings and hand off qualified prospects to the sales team
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to help optimize the outbound strategy and sales process

Skills

  • Previous SDR/BDR experience in a SaaS company- Must
  • Proven experience with outbound prospecting and lead generation- Must
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging prospects
  • Hunter mentality with a strong desire to generate opportunities and open new doors
  • Experience in eCommerce, Marketing Automation or related SaaS industries- Significant advantage
