Customer Service Representative - Remote | WFH

Join our team as a Remote Customer Service Associate and play a pivotal role in assisting homeowners, escrow companies, realtors, and institutions. You'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, providing timely support via telephone and email. Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from homeowners, residents of rental properties, realtors, and institutions promptly and courteously. Assist residents by providing service information and processing work orders when necessary. Collaborate with Community Management staff and associates to address inquiries regarding unit and community information. Utilize internal software and available resources to research information and provide accurate assistance. Verify and update customer information as needed. Maintain open availability during Customer Care Center hours, with designated days off as specified for each state. Pre-employment Training Three weeks of comprehensive training, Monday through Friday, to ensure you're fully equipped to excel in your role. Equipment/Specifications Required Own laptop or desktop computer meeting specified requirements. Reliable internet connection with minimum download and upload speeds. Hardwired connection (Ethernet cord required) for stability. Skills & Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Strong background in customer service. Bilingual In English And Spanish Preferred, But Not Required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in problem-solving and analysis. Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute.
