[Remote] Director of Customer Success

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. DAWONMEDAX is seeking an experienced Director of Customer Success to develop and implement their customer success strategy. The role involves managing customer relationships, improving satisfaction and retention, and driving business growth through effective customer engagement and support.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily management and overall planning of the company's Customer Success Department
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Build and maintain long-term, stable customer relationships, and gain a deep understanding of customer needs
  • Supervise customer onboarding, training, implementation, and ongoing support
  • Drive customer renewals, upsells, and the development of long-term cooperation opportunities
  • Identify customer risks promptly and develop effective solutions
  • Collect customer feedback and maintain close collaboration with the product, sales, marketing, and technology teams
  • Establish and optimize customer success processes and management systems
  • Monitor customer success-related metrics and continuously improve team performance
  • Responsible for the management, guidance, and training of the customer success team
  • Complete other related tasks assigned by the company

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 10+ years of experience in customer service, customer success, customer relationship management, or related fields
  • 5+ years of team management experience
  • Familiar with customer lifecycle management and customer success operation systems
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and customer relationship management skills
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to independently drive projects and achieve goals
  • Proficient in office software and CRM systems
  • Experience in customer management within the medical device, medical technology, or related industries
  • Experience in building and optimizing customer success systems and processes
  • Familiar with CRM systems and customer management tools
  • Excellent business communication and customer relationship maintenance skills
  • Experience in cross-departmental collaboration and project management
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in team building, talent development, and performance management
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities
