What You'll Do
As a valued team member, you’ll: Build meaningful relationships by connecting daily with members to understand their insurance needs. Deliver tailored supplemental insurance solutions that align with their financial goals. Provide exceptional support through the application process and beyond. Conduct policy reviews and assist with claims, maintaining the highest standards of care. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, earning the trust of every member. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking dynamic individuals with: Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal. A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset. Tech-savviness and strong organizational skills for a remote work environment. A problem-solving attitude and a knack for crafting effective solutions. Sales experience (a plus, but not required—we provide excellent training!). Eligibility to obtain a Life Insurance License.
