* We are seeking a fluent Czech speaker to join our elite customer care team as a Remote Support Specialist. In this role, you will do much more than handle routine inquiries—you will serve as the empathetic, human face for a globally renowned, cutting-edge technology brand. Working comfortably from your home office, you will represent the brand by guiding users through new device setups, resolving software glitches, and securing their accounts. The Mission: Transforming Challenges into Triumphs Your primary objective is to listen closely to stressed users and utilize your expertise to transform them into enthusiastic, dedicated brand advocates. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Multichannel Assistance: Deliver outstanding support to Czech-speaking users via phone, live chat, and email communications. Technical Troubleshooting: Provide clear, sequential guidance to resolve issues concerning hardware, software applications, cloud storage, multimedia subscriptions, and data synchronization across devices. Rapport Building: Practice active listening to accurately identify customer needs while maintaining an unwavering standard of patience, courtesy, and professionalism. Case Management: Maintain full accountability for your assigned support tickets, ensuring all commitments are met and escalating highly complex technical issues to advanced tiers when necessary. Data Accuracy: Document the details of every interaction thoroughly within our CRM system to maintain a precise history of customer inquiries. CANDIDATE PROFILE Linguistic Proficiency: Native or C2-level mastery of the Czech language, combined with upper-intermediate to advanced English skills (B2/C1) for training materials and internal corporate communications. Technical Comfort: A degree in computer science isn't required, but you should be highly comfortable navigating smartphones, tablets, and various operating systems.
