Salesforce Developer- REMOTE@ Michigan
Employment Type – CONTRACT Open to all candidates who can work with European and AP time Zone. Should be able to work independently, NO C2C JOB DESCRIPTION Position Overview: As a Salesforce Developer and Admin, you will be responsible for governance and health of Salesforce system, providing continuous improvement and support to the Salesforce Lead to Quote processes.
- Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Work with Commercial Sales and other key stake holders to review and re-engineer business processes.
- Design, document, build, test and deploy Salesforce system enhancements
- Work hands-on on Salesforce configurations – Roles, Profiles, Permission sets, user management.
- Develop and maintain solutions using Salesforce tools like flow, process builder, approval process, validation rules, formula fields, dataloader.io.
- Provide day-to-day support as a Salesforce Admin.
- Help business partners develop and deploy complex reports and dashboards.
- Use Cases and Agile Accelerator to maintain and prioritize work.
- Work with the Developers to technically architect and deliver solutions and maintain custom Salesforce applications.
- Stay updated on new Salesforce releases and functionalities and update the system as required.
- Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4 plus years as Salesforce Developer
- 6 plus years working as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Experience working on Salesforce - Sales Cloud Platform.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification. Other Salesforce Certifications also highly desirable, especially Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant.
- Experience working with Salesforce – DocuSign CLM.
- Experience working with Salesforce – SAP Integration.
- Team player with strong communication skills. Effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Components is preferable.
