The Role We're looking for an experienced and commercially driven Head of Growth to lead our new business acquisition strategy and drive revenue growth across enterprise and ambitious mid-market organisations in the US. You will be the first salesperson for the company in the US. As a senior leadership team member, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the growth strategy, overseeing business development, strategic marketing, and technology partnerships to generate and convert high-value opportunities. You will own the entire sales and marketing funnel, ensuring a data-driven approach to pipeline growth, client engagement, and commercial performance. This is a highly visible role for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership and a passion for building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities;

  • Develop and execute the growth strategy to drive new business acquisition and revenue gr
  • owth.Define and optimise go-to-market plans for target sectors, supported by clear KPIs across the sales and marketing funnel.
  • Own pipeline performance, leading commercial negotiations, pitches, and tender responses for high-value opportunities.
  • Build and leverage networks across digital product, mobile app, and AI sectors to generate qualified leads.
  • Act as a senior client-facing consultant, ensuring solutions align with client needs and commercial objectives.
  • Lead and develop the Business Development and Marketing teams, driving accountability, performance, and growth.
  • Oversee strategic partnerships with leading technology platforms, creating opportunities for collaborative growth.
  • Provide direction across marketing, PR, content, and digital campaigns to strengthen market presence and generate demand.
  • Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and webinars, building brand visibility and thought leadership.
  • Own the CRM, MarTech, analytics, and reporting ecosystem to ensure accurate pipeline tracking and data-driven decision-making.

What We're Looking For;

  • A proven background in Digital Agencies, Marketing Agencies and Media Agencies.
  • Proven experience leading growth, business development, or commercial functions within a digital agency, technology consultancy, or product-led business.
  • A strong track record of delivering new business revenue growth and exceeding commercial targets.
  • Experience selling digital transformation, product development, mobile, commerce, or AI-led solutions.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A data-driven mindset with experience managing CRM and marketing technology platforms.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience in building and developing high-performing teams.
