Key Responsibilities
- Host Live Streams: Present high-energy live broadcasts across major platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Facebook Gaming, TikTok, etc.), maintaining an engaging and professional on-camera presence.
- Community Engagement: Actively interact with the audience in real-time by reading chat, hosting Q&A sessions, responding to comments, and facilitating a welcoming environment.
- Content Planning: Collaborate on streaming schedules, develop creative show concepts, and draft loose scripts or talking points to keep broadcasts structured yet authentic.
- Brand Promotion: Seamlessly integrate brand messaging, product placements, and marketing campaigns into live content without disrupting the entertainment value.
- Cross-Platform Promotion: Assist in creating short-form highlight clips (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) from live streams to drive traffic and grow the channel's reach.
Qualifications & Skills
- On-Camera Confidence: Proven experience hosting live streams, creating video content, or performing publicly with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Gaming Knowledge: Deep familiarity with current gaming trends, popular titles, and internet culture.
- Technical Savvy: Comfort working with live streaming software (like OBS Studio, Streamlabs, or vMix) and basic knowledge of streaming hardware (microphones, webcams, lighting).
- Multitasking Pro: Ability to play a game, maintain a high level of commentary, and monitor a fast-moving live chat simultaneously.
- Creativity & Wit: Quick-thinking and adaptable, with the ability to handle live technical hiccups or quiet chat rooms gracefully.
- Bonus: Experience with basic video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut) or graphic design (Photoshop) for stream overlays and thumbnails.
