  Job Overview We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic ESL Teacher to provide personalized one-on-one instruction to a 3rd grade student who speaks Spanish. Key Responsibilities  Develop and implement engaging English language lessons tailored specifically to the learning needs of a 3rd grade Spanish-speaking student.  Design lesson plans and assessments that align with the student's educational objectives and progress.  Monitor and evaluate the student s development, making instructional adjustments as necessary to promote growth.  Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians to provide updates on the student's progress and learning goals.  Keep precise records of the student's attendance and academic achievements.  Collaborate with other educators and school staff to enhance the overall learning experience for the student. Required Skills  Ability to create engaging and effective English language lessons.  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.  Experience in lesson planning and assessment development.  Proficiency in tracking and monitoring student progress.  Collaborative teamwork skills to work effectively with fellow educators. Qualifications  Bachelor's degree in Education or a related discipline.  ESL certification or demonstrated experience with English language learners.  Previous experience working with elementary-aged students is strongly preferred.  Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is advantageous but not mandatory.
