Corporate Recruiter (Contract)

ECI is seeking a full-cycle remote recruiter responsible for sourcing, candidate assessment, offer recommendation, negotiation, and offer acceptance. This is a contract position for approximately 3 months duration. Principal Responsibilities • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract and recruit high-caliber candidates through online social networking, job boards, professional networking, and local media resources • Build a strong pipeline with high quality candidates. • Collaborate with hiring managers to formulate attractive job descriptions and efficient interview plans. • Work closely with other team members to follow an efficient recruiting process from sourcing to closing offers. • You will be an ambassador for ECI’s culture and ensure a phenomenal candidate experience. Qualifications • Minimum of 5 years of in-house, full-cycle corporate recruiting experience. • Previous experience successfully recruiting for sales, professional services, and customer support positions is required. • Experience using a HRIS, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools. • Strong attention to detail. • Strong, creative sourcing experience. Successful at identifying and recruiting qualified talent. • Able to work independently in a remote team environment. • Organized, paying close attention to detail, and working well in an environment with competing demands. • US Citizen or Permanent Resident (ECI does not sponsor applicants for work visas at this time). • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues. • Understands and abides by local and federal employment requirements and practices.
