In this role, you will provide support to the Bookkeeping and Tax Services department by coordinating client communications, managing workflows, and handling various processing responsibilities with moderate autonomy. • *Key Responsibilities** • Lead client communication process, addressing technical accounting, product, pricing, and process inquiries of varying complexity. • Manage and resolve client escalations using customer service skills and technical knowledge. • Guide clients through product changes and follow up on resolutions. • Prepare and clarify add-on billing charges and process client terminations. • Deliver high-quality bookkeeping and tax services to a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries. • Understand client business models to provide tailored support and advice. • Contribute to department and team projects as required. • *Requirements** • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent experience. • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is highly desired. • 3 years of progressive bookkeeping experience in a multi-client environment. • 3 years of client servicing experience for small business owners. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • *Other Requirements** • Must pass a background check. • Must meet remote work requirements, including a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet. • *Benefits** •
