Position Overview

arenaflex is hiring an enthusiastic, outgoing, and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative to join our growing Dallas team. This is a full-time, in-person role that places you on the front lines of some of the most exciting brand activations and promotional campaigns in the area. You will work in a variety of settings, including shopping centers, retail kiosks, special events, and brand awareness pop-ups throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth region.

This is not a desk job. No two days look the same. One day you might be representing a cutting-edge tech brand at a busy mall kiosk, and the next you could be engaging shoppers at a community festival or helping launch a new product in a high-traffic shopping district. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be a brand ambassador, a trusted advisor, and a sales driver all rolled into one. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Greet every customer with warmth, energy, and professionalism. Create welcoming experiences that leave a lasting positive impression of arenaflex and the brands we represent.
  • Product Expertise and Recommendations: Develop a deep understanding of the products and services you represent. Listen carefully to customer needs, ask the right questions, and provide thoughtful recommendations that genuinely help customers make confident buying decisions.
  • Sales Processing: Accurately process new sales transactions using our point-of-sale (POS) system, including handling payments, applying discounts, and issuing receipts in a timely and error-free manner.
  • Customer Data Capture: Document relevant customer details efficiently and securely, building a foundation for follow-up communications, loyalty programs, and future marketing efforts.
  • Sales Floor Presentation: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales area at all times. Ensure that product displays are stocked, signage is current, and the overall environment is inviting and easy to navigate.
  • Goal Achievement: Collaborate with fellow team members to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Celebrate wins together and support one another through busy shifts and challenging days.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints with empathy and efficiency. Escalate complex issues to management when appropriate while maintaining a positive and solution-focused attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, brand activations, promotional events, or face-to-face marketing.
  • Familiarity with the Dallas-Fort Worth retail landscape, including popular shopping centers, malls, and event venues.
  • Experience working with sales targets, quotas, or commission-based compensation structures.
  • Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish and English, which are highly valued in the diverse Dallas market.

Compensation and Earning Potential

arenaflex is proud to offer a compensation package designed to reward both reliability and high performance:

  • Base Salary: $47,500 annually, paid on a consistent schedule.
  • Uncapped Commission: On top of your base pay, you will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions based on your individual sales performance. The harder you work, the more you earn. There is no ceiling on what you can achieve.
  • Performance Bonuses: Additional bonus opportunities may be available for top performers, team milestones, and seasonal campaigns.
