As a Remote Inbound Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, your primary mission is to deliver outstanding service to every caller while maintaining accurate records and supporting the broader customer experience team.   • Managing a High Volume of Inbound Calls: You will answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally, addressing questions, concerns, and requests with a focus on first-call resolution.   • Updating Administrative Account Details: You will carefully enter and update customer information into our systems, including contact details, billing records, payment arrangements, and other account-related data.
