Position Overview

We are actively recruiting enthusiastic, action‑oriented individuals to join our Insurance – Property & Casualty team as Part‑Time Remote Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be the voice of arenaflex for our insurance customers, handling inbound inquiries, delivering clear policy information, and conducting outbound follow‑up calls that help resolve issues and uncover opportunities. Your ability to listen, empathize, and guide customers through their insurance journey will directly impact satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from policyholders, prospects, and partners with professionalism and a solutions‑focused mindset.
  • Provide accurate, concise information about insurance products, coverage options, billing, and claims status.
  • Identify opportunities to cross‑sell or upsell relevant insurance solutions, while respecting the customer’s needs and preferences.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications in customer service, communications, or related fields are a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer‑service or call‑center environment, preferably within insurance or financial services.
  • Demonstrated ability to type at least 30 words per minute with high accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a clear, friendly, and confident telephone presence.
  • Excellent time‑management and multitasking abilities, capable of handling high‑volume call loads while maintaining quality.
  • Proficiency with standard PC applications (Microsoft Office, web browsers) and comfort navigating CRM platforms.
