Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience: 7.5+ years
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM Integration Designer (IID) and enterprise integration solutions
- Expertise in BPEL process development, mediation flows, and SOA-based architectures
- Experience with SOAP/REST web services, XML, XSD, and WSDL technologies
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns and Middleware Systems
- Experience working in Agile environments using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps
- Proficiency in SQL and database systems including Oracle, DB2, and SQL Server
- Experience with version control tools such as Git, SVN, or RTC
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Preferred experience in Banking, Financial Services, Telecommunications, or Transportation domains
- Exposure to API-led architecture, Microservices, CI/CD tools, and SonarQube is an advantage
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integration solutions using IBM Integration Designer (IID)
- Develop and support BPEL processes, mediation flows, and SCA components for business integrations
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable integration workflows and technical designs
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation including HLDs, interface specifications, and workflow designs
- Perform code reviews, debugging, defect resolution, and quality assurance activities
- Support SIT, UAT, production deployments, and post-production issue resolution
- Drive automation initiatives, process improvements, and innovation within integration projects
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on integration best practices
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, performance requirements, and secure integration principles
- Contribute to continuous improvement of integration frameworks, reusable components, and delivery processes
