This will be achieved by building sustainable products that are superior to traditional technology in terms of Performance, Emotion and Design. The Role Support the Marketing Mix of the company. Assist in Consumer Collecting initiatives & Athlete Marketing. Coordinate the Demo Warrior Program for the USA East Coast region. Execute the local Event Marketing Plan and activations. Coordinate & maintain the Marketing Bike fleet. Maintain the Marketing event tools and vehicles. Manage the Marketing spare part stock. Assist the Sales Team and dealer network with Demo Days. Assist the Trade Marketing strategy when needed. Handle logistics for internal and external needs. Capture and share consumer, sales team and dealer network perceptions. Always on top of emails, calls and up to date. Understand and infuse Stark’s strategies and philosophies in your area.

  • Contribute to strategic thinking and regional business planning for the North American market.

Build strong relationships with the dealer network and support them with marketing initiatives.

  • Travel when needed.

What you will bring to Stark English written and spoken. Entrepreneurial mindset. Position based in the USA, located in the Tampa, Florida area. Ability to work in a team and generate a good environment. Structured thinking and ability to manage workload. Creative mindset, putting new ideas into practice. Have a strong dedication to reach personal and company goals. Motorsports knowledge is preferable. Strong planning competencies. Strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to business planning and forecasting. Strong communication skills to collect and synthesize feedback from sales teams and dealers.
