Attendance Records Data Entry Clerk

This is a remote position. We are seeking an Attendance Records Data Entry Clerk to support the accuracy and organization of student attendance records. This role is responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining attendance information while ensuring records remain complete and up to date.

Responsibilities

Enter and update attendance records in company databases Review attendance submissions for completeness and accuracy Maintain digital records and documentation Verify information and correct discrepancies when identified Organize attendance-related files and reports Generate routine attendance reports as requested Follow established procedures for record maintenance Communicate with internal staff regarding missing or incomplete information Assist with administrative projects and data management tasks Maintain confidentiality of student and family information

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent Previous data entry, administrative, or records management experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills
