We are looking for a Full-Stack TypeScript Developer to build the next generation of AI e-commerce platforms. What you will be responsible for: Driving technical decision-making, including technology selection, architecture design, and system scalability Designing and implementing high-quality features across the backend and frontend stack Identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks in critical areas of the product Maintaining high engineering standards through code reviews, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement Reducing technical debt and improving the maintainability, reliability, and scalability of existing systems Establishing and promoting software development best practices across the engineering team Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving production issues and bugs. Collaborating closely with Product Owners to define priorities, refine requirements, and deliver business value Working cross-functionally with Product, Customer Interactions teams to understand user needs and improve the product experience Contributing to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and mentoring where appropriate What we are looking for: 6+ years of professional software development experience, with strong expertise in TypeScript Proven experience building and maintaining production-grade web applications Strong backend engineering experience, including API design, system architecture, and distributed systems concepts Solid understanding of relational databases and advanced SQL Strong focus on software quality, testing, security, and maintainability Experience designing and building secure, reliable, and scalable software systems Passion for writing clean, simple, efficient, and well-documented code Ability to quickly understand complex systems, identify areas for improvement, and drive technical initiatives independently Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership Excellent communication skills and professional fluency in English. Nice to have: Professional experience with React and modern frontend development practices Experience deploying and operating applications using Docker and Kubernetes Experience working in startup or high-growth environments Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and infrastructure Availability within GMT ±3 hours ⛳️ Compensation, Perks & Benefits Salary: £ 110,000 per year ( UK) : $140,000 per year (EU) Opportunity to join company-wide offsites Regular rate reviews and bonus opportunities Fully remote/hybrid working Apply To This Job
