Build your future with us The Cincinnati Life Insurance Company seeks an Advanced Markets Life Insurance Specialist to serve as a subject matter expert supporting independent agents and distribution partners. This role is responsible for working with producers, brokers, MGAs and financial advisors to deliver complex case design, underwriting strategy and tailored solutions for high net worth and business owner clients. This position offers flexibility, including potential remote work, and requires travel for field engagement, training and client-facing support. Starting pay: The pay range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 annually. Pay is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance. Be ready to: provide expertise on advanced market strategies, including estate planning, wealth transfer, business succession and executive compensation design and structure complex life insurance and annuity solutions analyze financial, legal and tax documentation to identify risk exposures and planning opportunities partner with distribution teams to support case design, underwriting strategy and client presentations participate in joint field meetings with agents, advisors and clients deliver training through webinars, workshops and seminars to agents and financial professionals stay current on tax law changes, NAIC/state regulations, compliance standards and emerging industry trends collaborate cross-functionally with product development, actuarial, marketing and sales teams utilize CRM systems and advanced planning tools to support business development and reporting ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards Be equipped with: advanced knowledge of life insurance products (Term, Whole Life, UL, IUL, VUL) and annuities (fixed, indexed, variable) strong understanding of estate, tax and business planning strategies ability to interpret complex legal, financial and tax documents expertise in complex case design, underwriting collaboration and financial needs analysis strong presentation, communication and relationship management skills experience working with high net worth and business owner client segments proficiency with CRM systems and illustration/planning tools Bring education or experience from: Required: a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school minimum 3 years of Life Insurance experience, 5 years preferred Preferred: professional designations such as CLU, ChFC, CFP® or CPA experience supporting insurance distribution, brokerage or advisory channels exposure to actuarial concepts, reinsurance, risk management or digital underwriting platforms Enhance your talents Providing outstanding service and developing strong relationships with our independent agents are hallmarks of our company.
