Education Coordinator - Remote | WFH

Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between enrolled clients, their families, and school districts. Ensure clients can attend remote schooling through compliant teleconferencing platforms. Facilitate educational groups, document progress, and offer light tutoring. Monitor online activities, uphold technology use standards, and manage resources. Develop, coordinate, and evaluate educational programs aligned with Mission Prep values. Document clients' educational progress in electronic health records. Supervise students during classes, ensuring safety and compliance. Provide updates on clients' educational goals during clinical sessions. Adapt the learning environment to meet individual client needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in education or related field required; Master's preferred. Minimum 1 Year Of Experience In Education-related Environments. Passion for aiding individuals with mental health and substance use disorders. Strong communication, conflict resolution, and crisis intervention skills. Proficiency in technology and collaborative tools. Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment. Successful completion of background checks.
