[Remote] Account Executive – InsurTech (SMB & Mid-Market)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. FinPro is a leading provider of cloud-based software solutions in the Property & Casualty insurance market. They are seeking an Account Executive to drive new business growth across Small and Mid-Market insurance organizations, focusing on building relationships and delivering technology solutions that create value for customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of SMB and Mid-Market opportunities
- Build relationships with insurance carriers, MGAs, TPAs, and other industry participants
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns and manage inbound opportunities
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs, business objectives, and operational challenges
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and value-based presentations
- Prepare proposals, pricing recommendations, and commercial documentation
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and opportunity management within Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform
- Partner with Solutions Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership teams throughout the sales process
- Identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts
- Engage executive-level stakeholders including operations, claims, technology, and business leaders
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as required
Skills
- 4+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience managing opportunities through a consultative sales process
- Strong prospecting and pipeline generation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience selling into the Property & Casualty insurance market
- Familiarity with claims, insurance operations, or insurtech solutions
- Exposure to enterprise software, workflow automation, or cloud-based technology platforms
- Experience engaging executive and operational stakeholders in complex sales cycles
