[Remote] Director, Clinical Programs

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. DaVita Kidney Care is seeking a Director for their Clinical Transformation team. This role involves developing strategic training and adoption plans for clinical initiatives, collaborating with various teams to ensure effective deployment, and providing leadership to drive high-impact clinical outcomes for kidney patients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute on a clinical initiative field adoption roadmap aligned with the village clinical strategy
• Collaborate with the clinical strategy teams, the training and education team, the learning and development team, the clinical services team, the field operations teams, the marketing, and ATC lane to ensure high impact initiatives, deployment and ongoing field adoption
• Develop and maintain field manager and leadership management processes to support ongoing adoption of clinical strategy and assess and address impact on capacity for new clinical initiatives
• Provide leadership and direction to the team. Responsible for performance development, performance management, retention, team assignments, and teammate relations. Work directly with your managers to create a sustained culture which drives patient safety, compliance, and outcomes
• Other duties as assigned
• Up to 20% travel may be required at times; though typical travel is 5-10%

Skills

• 6+ years experience in consulting, process improvement, strategic planning, operations / healthcare management, or similar
• Masters in relevant field (MBA, MHA) with 3+ years post-graduate experience
• Demonstrated experience in healthcare payor, provider, consulting, or other relevant healthcare field
• Subject matter expertise in value-based healthcare programs and strategies and accountable care models
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, comfort with ambiguity, with clear ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, track record as a relationship builder that quickly gains confidence and credibility with broad groups of stakeholders
• Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution to deliver impactful results
