[Remote] Director New Business Development

They are seeking a high-performing, strategic Leader for their Sales and Business Development team to drive new business growth, focusing on large-scale outsourcing and managed services engagements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and close new business opportunities, specifically in outsourcing/managed services
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with a proactive approach to lead generation
- Manage client relationships from initial contact through contract execution
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning Freyr’s services with their regulatory needs
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive the sales process
- Lead go-to-market strategies and manage client-focused initiatives
- Work closely with sales, pre-sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth
Skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development or sales within the life sciences industry
- Demonstrated success in closing deals, managing pipelines, and exceeding revenue targets
- Expertise in selling large-scale outsourcing or managed services
- Strong capability to manage multiple high-profile accounts and build stakeholder relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Master's degree
