[Remote] Account Executive (Healthcare)

Responsibilities

• You'll be the very first Account Executive to launch and own Paraform's Healthcare recruiting vertical from the ground up
• You'll bring experience owning business development at a Healthcare recruiting agency and channel that expertise into winning new healthcare clients, running the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
• You know the nuances of healthcare hiring: the talent shortages, the credentialing complexities, the client pain points
• You're ready to weaponize that knowledge in a startup environment where speed and creativity win
• Working alongside our leadership team, you'll scale this vertical from $10M to $100M+ and establish Paraform as the go to solution for healthcare hiring
