The role involves managing project timelines, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain the overall project tracker, timeline, and supporting project management tools
• Manage the end-to-end meeting cadence, including drafting agendas, capturing and disseminating comprehensive notes, and tracking action items to completion
• Collect and share weekly workstream updates to ensure cross-functional visibility and alignment; support the preparation of materials for executive leadership report-outs
• Manage the central project site as the master repository for all deliverables, maintain key project documentation, and oversee regular asset updates and reviews
• Act as a central point of contact to coordinate data requests and collect relevant documentation from diverse stakeholders

Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Experience: Under 5 years of technical project management experience
• Tools & Software: Proficiency in project tracking tools and software (e.g., SharePoint, Lucid, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Technical Familiarity: Foundational understanding of content management systems (CMS)
• Communication & Organization: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to synthesize complex project statuses into concise, actionable leadership updates
• Execution Skills: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple, concurrent responsibilities, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Experience working within a Medicaid managed care organization
