[Remote] Oracle MFCS Techno Functional Consultant

Remote role Full-time Open position

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Samay Consulting is seeking an experienced Oracle MFCS Techno-Functional Consultant for a high-impact role with a leading retail client. The consultant will own end-to-end planning, execution, and cutover activities while collaborating with offshore teams to resolve blockers and drive delivery milestones.

Responsibilities

  • Lead E2E testing, cutover planning and execution within onshore windows
  • Drive cutover activities and coordinate with offshore development and QA teams to clear blockers
  • Manage stock ledger integrations and upstream system dependencies
  • Support ongoing application development within the MFCS platform
  • Analyze MFCS data structures, API calls, and batch processes to support technical solutioning
  • Ramp up on and contribute to custom Apache Airflow DAG development for pipeline orchestration

Skills

  • 8-10 years of overall Oracle retail application experience
  • Strong hands-on Oracle MFCS product knowledge (functional configuration, business processes, data model)
  • Solid understanding of MFCS APIs, data structures, and batch processing
  • E2E testing experience within Oracle retail cloud environments
  • Experience driving cutover planning and execution in a program delivery context
  • Ability to coordinate with and unblock offshore development teams
  • Basic to working Java knowledge (MFCS and API fluency is primary)
  • Familiarity with Apache Airflow or willingness to ramp up quickly on custom Airflow workflows
  • Prior experience working on Oracle Retail Cloud migration or implementation programs
