[Remote] Public Safety Growth & Sales Specialist

The Public Safety Growth & Sales Specialist will drive growth and optimize sales performance within Accenture's Public Safety Portfolio, acting as a strategic advisor throughout the sales cycle and contributing to comprehensive sales training programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead early-stage pipeline assessments, opportunity qualification, and strategic prioritization to ensure a healthy, insights-driven pipeline across the Public Safety portfolio
- Participate in and in some cases lead Capture activities—including opportunity shaping, stakeholder mapping, teaming strategy coordination, and pre-RFP engagement support—to increase win probability and strengthen pursuit readiness
- Identify and implement AI tools, workflows, and automations that enhance sales productivity, improve proposal quality, and accelerate pipeline movement
- Use AI-driven analytics to surface emerging trends, competitor insights, and whitespace opportunities
- Introduce AI‑based content development, generative proposal drafting, and automated market intelligence capabilities
- Act as a trusted advisor, supporting pre-RFP activities, crafting compelling RFP submissions, and developing tailored solutions that address the unique needs of diverse decision-makers
- Contribute to cross-portfolio growth initiatives for business expansion and develop comprehensive sales training programs to enhance the overall sales capabilities of the workforce and drive consistent success
- Leverage expertise in pipeline management, deal tracking, portfolio strategy analysis, and daily deal searches using tools like Sam.Gov and GovWin to maintain a robust sales pipeline and keep account sales leaders aware of client priorities and emerging opportunities
- Provide actionable insights and growth recommendations based on in-depth market analysis, competitive intelligence, and client research
- Develop a deep understanding of the federal government acquisition lifecycle, including acquisition trends, and provide strategic recommendations to clients for RFP shaping
- Articulate the value of Accenture's services through compelling sales materials such as Whitepapers, POVs, and client presentations
- Build strong relationships with account leadership and subject matter experts across cybersecurity, digital platforms, cloud, applied intelligence and more
Skills
- 3 - 5 years professional experience
- Proficiency with core tools/processes used on federal engagements (e.g., MS Office, documentation/workflow standards); for tech support roles, workstation (PC/Mac) and Windows support capability
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
