[Remote] Social Media Coordinator

KITSCH is a self-financed, female-owned global accessory brand seeking an experienced Social Media Coordinator to join their growing Social Media team. The role involves executing social media content across various platforms, engaging with the community, and supporting the creation of compelling content.
Responsibilities
- Execute the social media content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X — scheduling posts, writing captions, and ensuring content goes live on time
- Support the creation of engaging content, including appearing on camera and contributing to our brand's visual identity and voice
- Monitor and engage with our community daily — responding to comments, DMs, and mentions across all platforms in a timely, on-brand way
- Assist with managing our Discord and Facebook communities — moderating conversations, flagging key feedback, and helping run community programming
- Support the creator roster program — coordinating outreach, tracking deliverables, managing timelines, and ensuring creators have what they need to post
- Track and compile social performance data weekly, pulling metrics from native analytics tools and flagging trends to the Manager
- Stay on top of trending sounds, formats, and cultural moments — proactively bringing ideas and references to the team
- Assist in cross-functional coordination with Creative, Brand, and Influencer teams to ensure assets are received and campaigns are executed on time
- Help maintain internal tools including the content calendar, creator tracking sheets, and reporting templates
Skills
- Strong background in content creation, specifically in Tik Tok, Instagram, X
