[Remote] Syteline Operations Consultant

Washington Frank International is a rapidly growing organization undergoing digital transformation, seeking an experienced Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) Operations Consultant. This role is critical in aligning SyteLine’s capabilities with operational business processes across manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain functions, involving support for implementations, cloud migrations, and ongoing optimizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) implementations, cloud deployments, and version upgrades, ensuring successful adoption and operational alignment
- Partner with business stakeholders to analyze, design, and optimize operational workflows within SyteLine
- Configure and support core SyteLine Operations modules, including:
- Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS)
- Engineering and Product Configuration
- Manufacturing/Production Management
- Materials & Inventory
- Develop, maintain, and optimize IDOs, forms, and Mongoose-based configurations to support reporting, automation, and process efficiency
- Build and refine queries, reports, and dashboards using SyteLine tools such as IDO queries, SSRS, and Infor Birst (if applicable)
- Translate business requirements into functional SyteLine solutions and provide best-practice recommendations
- Support testing, training, and documentation for enhancements, integrations, and new functionality
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide ongoing system support to end users
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations teams
Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) in a functional or techno-functional capacity
- Proven track record supporting or leading SyteLine implementations, upgrades, or cloud migrations
- Deep functional knowledge of Operations-focused areas, including APS, Engineering, and Manufacturing
- Experience working with IDOs, Mongoose configuration, and SyteLine reporting tools
- Strong business process analysis and documentation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments
- Exposure to Infor Factory Track, Quality Management, Shop Floor/MES, or Birst analytics
- Prior consulting or client-facing experience
- Understanding of integrations, APIs, and data flows within the Infor ecosystem
