[Remote] Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) Support Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ActiveSoft, Inc is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) Support Analyst for a 6-month remote contract. The role involves developing and customizing solutions within D365, as well as integrating various platforms and ensuring scalable solution deployment.
Skills
- 3- 5 years of experience developing and customizing solutions within D365 (CE)
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Code Apps)
- Experience with integrations using APIs, Azure services, and middleware platforms
- Solid understanding of D365 data model, forms, views, security, and extensibility frameworks
- Experience with Azure DevOps (user stories, bugs, tasks, sprints)
- Ability to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions
- Experience with AI (e.g. Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in enterprise environments with complex integrations
- Knowledge of Azure cloud services and architecture
- Prior experience working in Agile delivery models
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
