[Remote] Growth Operations Coordinator

Remote role Full-time Open position

TailTracker is dedicated to improving lost pet recovery through a coordinated platform that involves pet owners, volunteers, and local communities. They are seeking a part-time Growth Operations Coordinator to support various operational tasks related to outreach, partnerships, and content workflows as the company prepares for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Help maintain organized systems for outreach, partnerships, content, launch planning, and follow-up
  • Build and update spreadsheets, trackers, task lists, and contact databases
  • Track basic activity metrics such as outreach sent, responses received, follow-ups due, content progress, and partner interest
  • Help document repeatable processes so growth efforts become more organized and scalable
  • Support weekly planning by keeping priorities, tasks, and open items clear
  • Research veterinary clinics, animal shelters, rescues, pet stores, groomers, trainers, daycares, dog walkers, and other local pet service providers
  • Help identify potential institutional partners, referral sources, and community organizations
  • Support email outreach, follow-up tracking, and partner pipeline organization
  • Assist with preparation of clinic, shelter, and community-facing materials
  • Help organize launch outreach by geography, partner type, and priority level
  • Support the organization and drafting of LinkedIn, Facebook, email, and community update content
  • Help prepare educational content around lost pet preparedness, safer walks and hikes, Pet Safety Radar, volunteer coordination, and privacy-first recovery
  • Assist with basic website, SEO, resource guide, and campaign content workflows
  • Help organize reusable content templates, outreach language, and campaign materials
  • Help organize early volunteer interest lists and community supporter information
  • Support communication workflows for animal lovers, rescue supporters, and local community helpers
  • Assist with local launch coordination and community education initiatives
  • Help ensure volunteer and partner interest is captured clearly and followed up appropriately
  • Keep files, documents, lists, templates, and working materials organized
  • Follow up on assigned open items and help keep projects moving
  • Coordinate small operational tasks across active growth initiatives
  • Help reduce friction so the broader TailTracker launch effort can move faster and more consistently

Skills

  • Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • A strong written communicator
  • Comfortable working virtually and independently
  • Able to manage follow-ups and recurring tasks without heavy supervision
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, Google Workspace, email, LinkedIn, and basic task tracking tools
  • Interested in pets, animal welfare, public safety, community response, startups, or mission-driven work
  • Able to take direction, improve systems, and follow through
  • Thoughtful with sensitive, community-facing messaging
  • Comfortable operating in an early-stage environment where priorities may evolve
  • Experience with outreach, operations, partnerships, marketing coordination, nonprofit work, animal welfare, veterinary offices, shelters, local community organizations, or startup environments is helpful but not required
