[Remote] Marketing Analytics Program Manager (Media & MMM)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Creative Circle is seeking a Marketing Analytics Program Manager to lead marketing measurement and analytics initiatives with a focus on Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and cross-channel media performance. The role involves partnering with external vendors, interpreting analytics outputs, and delivering insights to inform media investment decisions and business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead marketing analytics and measurement programs, including MMM and advanced performance initiatives
- Partner with external measurement vendors (e.g., Nielsen, Analytic Partners) to define scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Interpret MMM and attribution outputs, translating results into clear recommendations for budget allocation and media strategy
- Serve as the bridge between media, analytics, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and adoption of insights
- Evaluate cross-channel performance across Meta, Google, DSPs, and other platforms to inform optimization and investment decisions
- Drive forecasting, scenario planning, and investment modeling efforts
- Establish and maintain measurement frameworks, KPIs, and reporting standards
- Deliver executive-ready presentations and insights to leadership
- Ensure data quality by partnering with teams on data validation and reporting accuracy
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing science, or media strategy, ideally within an agency or performance-driven environment
- Proven experience leading or owning MMM or advanced measurement programs, including vendor management and output interpretation
- Strong understanding of paid media and cross-channel performance (Meta, Google Ads, DSPs, etc.)
- Experience translating analytics into business strategy and media investment decisions
- Demonstrated program or project management experience, managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables
- Experience supporting retail or consumer-facing organizations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on analytical work
- Background in marketing science, media measurement, or analytics consulting
- Familiarity with Paid Journey Management (PJM) or full-funnel analytics frameworks
- Experience working with large-scale media budgets and enterprise marketing teams
