[Remote] Creative Strategist, Social Content

Creative Circle is a tech-focused company seeking a Creative Strategist to lead the creative direction for a high-visibility social channel. This role involves developing content strategies, managing creative execution, and collaborating across teams to enhance engagement through innovative social content.
Responsibilities
- Drive end to end creative strategy for the social channel, including content planning, series development, evergreen programming, and trend driven initiatives
- Identify and leverage cultural and platform trends to create breakthrough, high performing social content
- Own creative quality and consistency across all channel outputs, ensuring strong storytelling, visual design, and tone of voice
- Provide art direction, including guiding creative execution and ensuring alignment with brand standards
- Contribute directly to content creation, including filming, shooting, and producing assets as needed
- Partner with channel teams to assign formats, templates, and series to briefs that support product storytelling and engagement goals
- Ensure all content aligns with established creative principles and channel point of view
- Collaborate closely with leadership and cross functional partners to maintain creative alignment
- Manage relationships with external agencies, including briefing, feedback, and quality control
- Partner with internal brand creative teams to manage approvals and reviews
- Collaborate across channel teams to develop new ideas, share best practices, and foster innovation
- Champion experimentation, continuous improvement, and creative excellence across the team
Skills
- Experience developing end to end content strategies, including series development, evergreen programming, and trend-driven content
- Ability to art direct, including providing clear creative direction and overseeing visual execution
- Hands on content creation skills, including filming, shooting, and producing social content
- 7+ years of experience in social content strategy, creative direction, and content production
- Experience managing external creative agencies, including briefing, reviewing, and quality checking output
- Strong understanding of platform specific trends, formats, and audience behaviors
- Proven track record of cross functional collaboration across brand, channel, and strategy teams
- Experience working within established creative principles or brand playbooks
- Background in product storytelling, translating features into engaging social content
- Experience adapting content formats such as templates and series for platform specific best practices
- Familiarity with gaming, entertainment, or consumer technology such as AR, VR, or wearables
- Portfolio demonstrating creative risk taking and brand consistency across social platforms such as Instagram and TikTok
