[Remote] UTV Sales Manager

Remote role Full-time Open position

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Avance Consulting is seeking an experienced UTV Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand market presence across the United States. The role involves managing regional sales activities, building dealer networks, and identifying new business opportunities within various industries including powersports and agriculture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, dealer partnerships, and key customer accounts
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiations, quotations, and order fulfillment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, customers, and industry stakeholders
  • Recruit, onboard, and support authorized dealers within assigned territories
  • Monitor dealer performance and provide guidance to improve sales and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct product training and sales support programs for dealer teams
  • Collaborate with dealers to develop market growth initiatives and promotional activities
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity
  • Gather and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for business expansion
  • Provide market feedback and recommendations to leadership regarding products, pricing, and customer requirements
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for dealer and customer inquiries
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, product support, and issue resolution
  • Support aftermarket sales opportunities, including parts, accessories, and service programs

Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or sales management within UTV/ATV, powersports, automotive, heavy equipment, agriculture, or related industries
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and grow market share
  • Ability to travel extensively within assigned territories
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Experience working with dealer networks, distributors, or channel partners is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
