Criminal Justice Specialist (LMHC, MHC-LP, LMSW, LCSW)

Remote role Full-time Open position

About the position CASES is seeking a dedicated and justice‑focused Criminal Justice Specialist to join our FACT team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Master’s‑level mental health clinician who wants to work directly in the community, support individuals with serious mental illness, and help reduce the harms of criminal legal system involvement; all while practicing with high fidelity to the ACT model. As a Criminal Justice Specialist, you’ll be a key connector between clients, the FACT team, and the criminal legal system. You’ll engage clients in meaningful treatment, provide psychoeducation, and conduct criminogenic screenings and assessments that inform individualized care. Your advocacy will help ensure clients receive fair treatment, appropriate services, and continuity of care during court involvement or incarceration. In this position, you’ll help clients understand their legal obligations, support them through court processes, and advocate for treatment‑oriented outcomes. You’ll also contribute broadly as a FACT clinician; because while you bring specialized knowledge, your role is not limited by title. This is a powerful opportunity to advance your clinical career while helping transform lives, promote stability, and reduce incarceration in our communities.
