Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:Las Vegas Sands is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Associate working from home in San Diego, California. As an Associate Level Accounts Receivable professional, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.Responsibilities:- Generate and send out invoices to customers- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments- Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve any discrepancies- Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data- Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate reporting- Provide support for month-end and year-end closing processes- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as neededRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field- Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Innovation and problem-solving skillsPersonality Traits:- Motivated- HardworkingSoft Skills:- Innovation- Problem-solvingBenefits:- Visa sponsorship- Paid overtime- Free foodWorking Environment:At Las Vegas Sands, we support our employees in their personal and professional development.
