Key Responsibilities

  • Direct Veterinary Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for veterinary clinics, handling prescription orders, addressing inquiries, and providing clear guidance on medication fulfillment.
  • Accurate Data Entry: Input prescription details, dosage instructions, and patient information into arenaflex’s proprietary pharmacy system with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Order Management: Track the lifecycle of each pharmacy order—from receipt to shipment—ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve client or partner concerns, escalating complex cases when necessary while maintaining a calm and helpful demeanor.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive logs of interactions, updates, and resolutions to support continuous improvement and audit readiness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross‑functional teams—including Pharmacy Operations, Customer Experience, and IT—to streamline processes and share feedback.
  • Outbound Outreach: Conduct scheduled outbound calls to veterinary offices to confirm order details, follow up on pending prescriptions, and gather feedback for service enhancement.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in regular training sessions, absorb new product knowledge, and apply best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer‑service or healthcare‑focused environment, preferably within pharmacy or veterinary settings.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and empathetically—both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and comfort navigating web‑based applications.
